• Dried Blood Spot: Vitamin D (D2 & D3), Tyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH), Fasting Insulin, HbA1c

【Order Logistics】

1. Create an account with us. 

2. Select your test. If you need any assistance, please contact our staff before checking out. 

3. Add to cart and Checkout. 

4. Select "Sampling Method" and "Payment Method". 

5. At Checkout page, fill in the personal information of the test client. Do NOT fill up the blood drawing centre, preferred date & time. 

6. After submitting the order, please wait for our call and confirmation email patiently.

7. If you select "Self-sample", please either come to our office to collect the test kit or choose to get the kit by courier to commercial address. 

8. Report takes 2-3 weeks. When it is ready, you could choose to meet our nutritionist on phone for report interpretation.

【Points to note before testing】

• In general, anyone can order the tests without a doctor's prescription. The test is for health information only, not for medical diagnosis.

• Tests are suitable for adults and children over two years of age.

*Please complete the test within 3 months after your payment. If the test cannot be completed within 3 months, HK BioTek has the right to cancel the test without refund.
